PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bacillus coagulans is a Gram-positive rod, catalase positive, spore-forming, motile, and a facultative anaerobe. It is a lactic acid forming bacterial species. Bacillus coagulans has been added by the EFSA to their Qualified Presumption of Safety list and has been approved for veterinary purposes as GRAS by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine. Bacillus coagulans PB-BC02 is our patented strain, which is kept in China Center for Type Culture Collection( member of World Federation for Culture Collection, Budapest Treaty confirmed international depositary authority). This strain has been widely used in veterinary applications, especially in cattle, poultry, and shrimp. It can also be used in humans especially in improving the vaginal flora, improving abdominal pain and bloating in IBS patients, and increasing immune response to viral challenges.
