Stability

The spore rate of Bacillus Coagulans powder produced by our company is more than 95%, which stables in storage, with strong resistance to acid and alkali, choline, high temperature and other environments. It is suitable for high-temperature granulation, compound drug production and other forms of processing. 

1. Preservation Stability Test of Spore Keep the bacterial powder (initial spore number is 1.0*10 11cfu/g) in a dry and dark place at room temperature. Spore survival rate was measured at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 months.The result is shown in figure 1. Figure 1. 2.Survival Rate of Spores at Different PH The PH value of gastric juice fluctuates greatly according to the dietary structure. Generally, PH value is around 3, eating acidic food on an empty stomach can reach 1.5, eating alkaline food can reach 4-5, and the time for food, especially liquid food, to pass through the stomach is relatively short, usually 1-2 hours. The bacterial powder was placed in a bacterial suspension at 1.0*10 10 cfu/mL, adjusted to pH 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 with 0.1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, and placed at 37 ° C for 2 h, and the spores were counted. The results are shown in figure 2 .The results showed that the survival rate of spore was above 95% within 2h of ph2.5-4.5, indicating that our strain had strong acid resistance.
