STORAGE STABILITY
Lactobacillus crispatus HH-LC23 powder was sealed in an aluminum foil bag, and maintained at -18℃ for 24 months for a long-term stability test. The microbial enumeration of Lactobacillus crispatus HH-LC23 should be performed no more frequently than at the initial, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 month time points. According to Fig 3, Lactobacillus crispatus HH-LC23 powder potency was 1.50×1011 CFU/g. After a storage period of 24 months, the potency of the powder was 1.01×1011CFU/g. This strain can remain stable for a long time if stored at low temperatures.
