How to choose probiotics?

First, Probiotics Strain

The effects of different strains of probiotics vary. When choosing, it's important to consider your own needs. If you have an imbalance in gut bacteria or diarrhea, products containing strains such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus rhamnosus may be preferable. If you frequently suffer from constipation, probiotics containing strains like Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus acidophilus might be more suitable.

Second, Activity and Number

It is important to choose products that use advanced encapsulation technology to ensure that the probiotics remain active during storage. Additionally, the number of strains should be sufficient, with a general recommendation of consuming 10 billion to 20 billion live bacteria per day. A lower number may not achieve the desired effect.

Third, Probiotics Forms

Probiotics come in various forms such as powder, capsules, tablets, and drops. Powder is convenient for mixing and is suitable for children or those with difficulty swallowing; Capsules protect probiotics from stomach acid, releasing them in the intestines; Tablets are easy to carry; and Drops are suitable for infants. Choose the appropriate form based on personal circumstances and usage scenarios to ensure convenience.

Fourth, Product Ingredient

Check the product ingredient list and try to choose products with simple ingredients and minimal additives. Avoid substances that may irritate the intestines, such as fragrances, colorants, and preservatives. For those with allergies, also pay attention to whether the product contains allergens, such as avoiding probiotics containing dairy for those allergic to dairy products.

Take & Storage:

Probiotics are live bacteria that need to be stored at low temperatures, we suggest under -18℃ for long-term storage and 2-8℃ for short-term storage. Don't mix it with high-temperature water. 35-40℃ is fine.

Brew and drink immediately. Drink finished within 5 minutes.

Do not take antibiotics at the same time. Take probiotics 2 hours after taking antibiotics.
