During the visit, Si Honghui and his delegation toured the company's cGMP probiotic production workshop, R&D laboratory, and zebrafish high-throughput screening platform, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's production processes, R&D system construction, and the operation of its functional evaluation technology platform.
In the cGMP workshop, company representatives introduced the production process, technology, and industrialization capabilities of the probiotic products. The company has a specialized probiotic production base with an annual production capacity of 300 tons of highly active probiotic powder. It continuously promotes the development and application of technologies related to strain cultivation, fermentation, low-temperature freeze-drying, microencapsulation, post-biotics, and next-generation delivery carriers, bridging R&D achievements with large-scale production and providing support for the industrial application of probiotic products.
At the R&D laboratory and zebrafish high-throughput screening platform, Si Honghui and his delegation gained a deeper understanding of the company's technological layout in areas such as gut microbiota research, strain screening, and functional evaluation. As a high-tech enterprise focusing on gut microbiota research and the development of functional probiotics, H&H Bioengineering continuously conducts strain resource mining, functional screening and evaluation, and key process R&D, actively building a technological system from strain discovery and functional research to product development and industrial application. Currently, the company has applied for 33 Chinese patents and obtained 23 authorizations, laying a foundation for continuous technological innovation and the promotion of scientific research results transformation.
