To further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the integration of production and education, achieve win-win results between schools and enterprises, accurately match the employment needs of enterprises, and broaden the employment channels for graduates, Hehe Bio specially invited Wu Yanli and Xiong Jie, deputy secretaries of the Party Committee of the School of Life Sciences of Zhengzhou University, to lead a group of 14 people including undergraduate, master and doctoral graduate counselors, young teacher representatives and representatives of the 2024 graduates to visit Hehe Bioengineering Technology Co., Ltd. in early June for a school-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting.
At the exchange meeting, Mr. Yan of Probioway expressed a warm welcome to the teachers and students of the School of Life Sciences of Zhengzhou University on behalf of the company, and elaborated on the company's echelon training and delivery of talents in colleges and universities, and deepening the industry-university-research cooperation with Zhengzhou University; Yue Weifeng, director of the Science and Technology Innovation Center of Hehe Bio, gave a detailed introduction to the company's development history, scientific research strength, and demand and expectations for college talents. During the exchange, teachers and students fully understood the whole process, from the source of strain resource mining to production. They understood the comprehensive strength of Probioway's intelligent manufacturing of the entire industry chain of probiotics.
Deputy Secretary Wu Yanli expressed her gratitude for the warm reception from Hehe Bio and expressed her desire to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with the company. She proposed the cooperation concept of "three settlements", namely, employment settlement of master talents, transformation and landing of scientific research projects, and settlement of doctoral students in workstations, aiming to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing, and mutual benefit and win-win between the college and the enterprise through these cooperation methods.
Deputy Secretary Xiong Jie had in-depth exchanges with the enterprise on the establishment of undergraduate internship bases and discussed possible future cooperation models and implementation plans. Graduate counselors and young teacher representatives also discussed and exchanged views on the employment situation of graduates and cooperation in scientific research projects. In addition, the participating master's students also actively demonstrated their abilities and expertise according to the needs of the company's recruitment positions, and conducted friendly docking and exchanges.

After the meeting, Deputy Secretary Wu Yanli and his delegation also visited the science and technology innovation center and production workshop of Probioway Bioengineering Technology Co., Ltd., and gained an in-depth understanding of the company's scientific research capabilities and production processes.
This exchange meeting deepened the communication and understanding between Hehe Bio and the School of Life Sciences of Zhengzhou University, and also laid a good foundation for future cooperation between the two parties. Hehe Bio expects more outstanding graduates to join the R&D team of the company's science and innovation center to inject new forces into the team.
